We couldn't find anybody making quality, thick, 1-piece ribbed fenders;so we started making them. We start with either heavy duty .125"
thick aluminum sheet or 16 ga (.065") thick steel. When we are done they come out 37" in length, 26.25" in diameter for a 16" wheel and
27.875" in diameter for a 18 wheel in two different widths (5" and 4.5").
Since these are 1 pc there is no weld seam to sand and fill once you get it. With aluminum you can run the fender raw, wirebrushed,
mirror polished, anodized, or give your artist buddy $500 to paint your girlfriend's likeness on it.
Weight is an important factor on any moving vehicle. Most older bikes are a little light on the horsepower to begin with. Taking weight off
of a bike will improve it's performance. Our aluminum fenders are less than half the weight of the comparable .090" thick steel fenders.
This is a easy, inexpensive way to take off 2-3 lbs and add to the look of your bike.
There are other ribbed ducktail fenders out there, but check the thickness. Most aluminum are .060" thick; most steel are .035" or less.
Light is good. Too light means buying 2 fenders. Instead of paying more for the thinner fender and having it crack or break, save yourself
some time and money and just buy the good one first. Fender lead time is 3-4 weeks to manufacture and are shipped ground via
Fed-Ex. All fenders come in a wire brushed finish.
Because mounting the fender is just as important as the fender itself (and we can't control how you mount our fender), we cannot
recommend our fenders for passenger use.

Ryan at Classic Cycles in Orange, CA bought a West Eagle stamped aluminum
fender for his orange Triumph seen on the right. I took a picture of a piece of the
stamped fender next to my fender for comparison. The stamped fender
measures .048-.052" thick. Needless to say it broke very quickly; and by the
way, depending on where you buy it, the thin fender costs the same or more than
ours.
